At Reel, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Reel packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all hardware or manuals.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
